Ensiluokkainen asiakaspalvelu – nopeaa, selkeää ja tukevaa aina, kun minulla oli kysyttävää. Tällainen palvelutaso tekee suuren eron, kun tekee näin suuren sijoituksen. Great service

Great service from start to finish

Great Advice ….highly recommend

The guys from golf bays talked me through my options on a new projector and recommended based on my dimensions. They didn’t disappoint and the new screen looks awesome

Great service

Great service from start to finish 👏

Outstanding Customer Service ✨

From our very first enquiry about fitting out a custom golf simulator room, Harrison at Golfbays was incredibly helpful. He guided us in selecting the ideal launch monitor and projector to suit our budget, offering expert advice at every stage of the project.

The overall package was very competitively priced, with free delivery that arrived right on schedule. If you’re looking for a true ‘one-stop shop’ with outstanding customer support and a seamless experience, I’d highly recommend getting in touch with Golfbays!

UPS Delivery

The order itself was perfect handled and delivered in promised time.
But UPS isn’t at all at state of the art regarding delivery issues and online services. You can’t relay on any information about scheduled time of delivery.
Always be prepared to be at home for whole one, better two days.
You may have the choice -SMS provided option - to choose an alternate UPS Shop as destination. Any answers were not accepted.
I give a 5 * plus to golfbays, but in total UPS experience does crash the all over references i like to give.

Excellent

Excellent service and product quality!

Components

Building my own sim room but great help and pricing for some of my components, thank you

Good service but delivery problems

Good service and communications with the Golf Bay Team and would certainly use them again, however some issue with despatch / delivery. Promised a delivery before 9am but delivery company did not delivery until 14:30. With a team in place to do the install we lost a day due to delivery problems.

Golf Simulator and more

We would like to thank you for the good advice and the immediate delivery. We are currently still in the middle of renovations and haven’t been able to set up the equipment yet. As soon as we are finished, I will send a photo of the result.
Kind regards, Martha
